The main building, dating from 1974, was last extensively renovated in 2023 and combines authentic architecture with modern living comfort. Generous windows, some with stylish wooden frames with double glazing and traditional wooden shutters, flood the rooms with light and open up views of the countryside.
The finca extends over two floors and offers three spacious bedrooms – all with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. The centrepiece of the house is the bright, inviting living room with access to the sunny terrace. The modern kitchen with cooking island and high-quality electrical appliances is perfect for cosy evenings with family and friends.
In the lower part of the house there are already prepared sanitary connections for an additional WC, perfect for a later extension or guest area. An additional jewel is the charming, detached casita made of natural stone. Currently used as a workshop and storage area, it can be transformed into a separate guest house, studio, playhouse or yoga room with little effort – a versatile space with plenty of potential.
The 37 m² pool invites you to sunbathe and cool off. And best of all: it is already prepared for a heat pump, which can be easily installed for swimming fun even in the off-season.

Location and Surroundings:
Unlike other tourist resorts in Mallorca, the coast here has fortunately not been completely blocked by multi- storey hotel complexes.
Pollença is located at the northernmost point of the Serra de Tramuntana, the largest mountain range and nature reserve on the island and is surrounded by different landforms.
The old town of Pollença, with its winding streets and imposing houses, proves that Pollenca has been an important and rich city in the past.
Puerto de Pollença in the north of Mallorca is the port of the city and is located about 8 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometers of fine sandy beaches, which are partially protected from the wind by the peninsula Formentor.
The landmark of the city are the 365 steps to the Calvary, at the top there is the small baroque pilgrimage chapel from the 18th century. Each level symbolizes a day of the year.
